Darling Brew

Darling Brew

It seems like years ago I had a slow beer for the first time. Mostly because it is years ago. Back then craft beer was in its infancy in South Africa and every time I was in Cape Town, I ended up going to a market in Stellenbosch with my brother in law. There the tradition was to have a slow beer. Today however I am in Darling at Darling Brew to taste all they have to offer and it seems only fair to drag my brother in law with. It was a lovely day and the brewery was quite busy, especially with the big play area they had for the kids. My nephews wasted no time to go try it out for themselves.

They had 15 beers on offer. I only knew about 9 of them. 2 of the 15 beers were new additions and 2 was not available. 13 Beers was still a lot to get through so we wasted no time. I was in heaven.
